Organised by local public and private organisations, Energy Days are activities and events that raise awareness of energy efficiency and renewables. Any activity can be an Energy Day – from a workshop, to a competition, to a tour of a power station – all engage citizens and energy stakeholders in building the Energy Union.

EU Sustainable Energy Week 2014 - Save the date

The Sustainable Energy Week 2014 will take place between 23 and 27 June 2014. See more at www.eusew.eu

EAACA is pleased to invite you to a High Level Policy Conference as part of the EU Sustainable Energy Week 2014.
The event is titled “Towards a Pragmatic Energy Policy for Buildings along the Supply Chain” and will discuss the AAC industry’s view on improving energy efficiency in buildings and what realistic and affordable zero Energy Building solutions could look like. It will also discuss how transport of construction products along the supply chain can be made more sustainable and efficient in partnership with builders’ merchants.

Green Week 2008

Under the slogan ‘Only One Earth – don’t waste it,’ the four-day forum brings together policy-makers and experts from the scientific, business and NGO communities in Europe and beyond to debate key sustainability issues.

Living Tomorrow

living tomorrow1EAACA invited participants to a policy debate combined with a visit of the “Living Tomorrow” building near Brussels. This is a very innovative ‘House of the Future’ made of AAC, which integrates sustainability concerns in its architecture and equipment.
